About the Event
This interactive workshop will explore how transport-relevant data can support future integrated mobility, resilient infrastructure, and trusted decision-making across complex transport systems. The event will focus on the role of Agentic Digital Twins as emerging decision-support systems that can connect fragmented datasets, support model updating, enable scenario reasoning, interpret anomalies, and assist human decision-makers under appropriate governance and validation. The workshop will begin with a short welcome and introduction to the event theme, followed by a keynote presentation on transport-relevant data, integrated mobility, and trusted decision support. This will be followed by lightning talks and case-study reflections addressing data sources beyond transport-generated data, Digital Twins across assets and wider transport systems, infrastructure monitoring and predictive maintenance, and the translation of data into policy, operations, resilience planning, and public value. A coffee break will include poster viewing, poster scoring, and networking, giving postgraduate students and early-career researchers an opportunity to present their work. The second half of the workshop will include a panel discussion on moving from fragmented data to real-world Agentic Digital Twin implementation, followed by a facilitated brainstorming session on data quality, interoperability, provenance, governance, cyber-security, trust, and public value. The event will close with key reflections, a best poster announcement, and suggested next steps for future collaboration. The target audience includes postgraduate students, early-career researchers, academics, transport professionals, civil engineers, data scientists, urban planners, policymakers, public-sector professionals, local authority officers, infrastructure asset owners, digital transformation specialists, public health researchers, and industry practitioners working with data-driven transport systems, intelligent mobility, Digital Twins, AI, and resilient infrastructure.
