How do we select participants? 🧐 We select based on your goals and interests. We want to bring together people who are "looking for talent" and those who are "sharing talent." Here’s how we do it: 🕵️‍♀️ Our team digs deep into LinkedIn profiles, seeking entrepreneurs who are not only passionate but are also open to meaningful connections. It’s all about collaboration, not just selling. 🌍 A key part of the experience is local integration, so we reserve spots for talented locals to ensure you get the full Medellín experience. Meet your host Johannes is half Italian, half German — and very much a citizen of the world. He speaks English, Italian, German, Spanish, and Mandarin, and enjoys using languages as a bridge to meet people and explore different cultures. He is an immigration lawyer, and outside of work what he enjoys most is connecting and making spontaneous plans.
