Base Camp is a full Saturday designed for women with an idea, a pivot, or a half-built thing. You’ll name where you are, decide what comes next, and leave with a plan you can work on Monday.

Your Camp Directors

Sally Revell, founder of GenerativeHuman.ai, executive coach for AI and tech leaders, and former Google Cloud and AWS exec, runs your morning. More than 300 women in tech have worked with Sally on getting clarity and confidence on their next move.

Hannah Siegertsz, founder of She Ships SaaS and Midnight Sprint and AI transformation leader at UL Solutions, runs your build in the afternoon. More than 150 builders have shipped 80+ products at her events.

The day camp:

9:30 Camp Check-In. Coffee, your camp badge, your cabin, and your people for the day.

10:15 Coaching pods with Sally. You name where you are, on paper.

11:40 Lunch + The Merit Badge Challenge. Real badges. Yes really.

12:45 The Build Session, with Hannah, powered by Midnight Sprint. Your idea leaves with a name and a buildable plan.

2:15 Campfire Social. S’mores board, cabin share-outs, and The Future You Booth, where you leave a voicemail for the woman who finishes this.

You leave with four things

Logistics:

Secure On-Site Parking: Convenient parking garage located directly below the building with access to SURF Incubator. It’s $8 on the weekend. Spot Hero is also a great app to help find affordable parking.

We’ll be taking photos and short video clips during the event for community and promotional use.
