About the Event
AI can create real value in healthcare, fintech, insurance, and other regulated sectors. The challenge is turning an early idea into a product that people trust, teams can use, and organizations can scale responsibly.
This Impact Night will explore that journey through two connected conversations: how to build AI around a real healthcare need, and how to move AI products from an early prototype into responsible use across regulated industries.
Bring your own questions, an AI idea, a current pilot, or a challenge from your team.
Building AI around real healthcare needs
The evening will begin with a fireside chat with Nina Formánek Jaganjacová, CEO and co-founder of Auris One.
Nina will share how Auris One is using AI to help medical teams spend less time on admin and more time with patients.
The conversation will explore how the company started, how the team learns from healthcare professionals, and how they turn a real human problem into a useful AI product.
We will also discuss what it takes to build trust in healthcare, where the needs of patients, medical teams, and organizations all matter.
Moving AI from prototype to responsible scale
A second fireside chat with Soheyla Mirshahi, PhD will explore how companies can build and scale AI products in healthcare and other regulated industries.
Soheyla will share lessons from leading AI-first products and moving AI initiatives from early prototypes into production across multiple markets.
The conversation will explore how companies can choose AI ideas worth developing, move from proof of concept to production, and evaluate both model quality and product performance. It will also look at how governance can support better decisions and how teams can prepare for the EU AI Act and other compliance needs.
Also, she will share how engineering, legal, security, product, and leadership teams can work together to build responsible AI into the product development process. The focus will be practical: turning complex questions about risk, trust, compliance, and technology into clear product decisions.
Practical mentoring
The evening will also include mentoring sessions with experts from the Impact Nights community.
Soheyla Mirshahi, PhD will also join as a mentor, supporting participants with questions around AI adoption, governance, responsible use, trust, risk, and how to introduce AI across an organization.
Other mentors will support participants in areas such as:
AI adoption and governance
AI and automation
Product and business strategy
Marketing and business development
Building and scaling companies
More mentors will be added and announced step by step before the event. This will give participants time to learn about each mentor and choose the conversations most relevant to their needs.
Who is this for?
This Impact Night is for people who want to use AI in a useful, practical, and human way.
It is especially relevant for:
Startup founders and scale-up leaders
Product, marketing, and operations professionals
Business development and customer experience teams
HR, People, and employer-branding leaders
Healthcare and healthtech professionals
Innovation and digital transformation teams
Leaders responsible for AI adoption, risk, or governance
Professionals thinking about how AI may change their work and careers
You do not need to be an AI expert. You only need to bring curiosity, a real challenge, or a process you would like to improve.
Participants will leave with practical ideas, new connections, and a clearer view of how AI can reduce busywork, support responsible adoption, and create more time for meaningful impact.
