1️⃣ Meet Our FFHS Filament Workflow Plugin - Luc Kromer

Filament is great at building admin panels, but workflows around form content often end up being custom, repetitive, or tightly coupled to business logic.

In this talk, we’ll introduce a workflow plugin we built to solve exactly that problem.

Our plugin is not data-driven, instead, it focuses on adding structure, logic, and flow directly on top of Filament forms. It allows teams to define and manage workflow behavior around form content while staying fully inside the Filament ecosystem.

2️⃣ From Prompt Chaos to Agent Pipelines - Felix Steiner & David Pacassi Torrico

A behind-the-scenes look at Helga AI and Arnold: a system for repeatable, AI-supported development workflows. It shows how central rules, project context, and GitHub automation work together to support specs, PR reviews, and implementation steps in a structured and traceable way.

3️⃣ Be yourself, or others will be you - Tobias Gasche

"Always be yourself. Unless you can be a unicorn – then always be a unicorn." In Git, anyone can be a unicorn. And anyone can be you. Live, and on a specially prepared (and thankfully private) repository, I'll show how frighteningly easy it is to forge Git commits. This can't actually be prevented, by the way – but it can be verified and made visible. Git will never know whether it was really you. But it will notice if it maybe wasn't.
