About the Event
Please Note. The founding rate is $750. The $100 ticket is a deposit that holds your seat, with the $650 balance due September 11.
Position, price and test your business idea in one week, with a small group of women founders doing the same.
Most founders build first and work out the go-to-market later. This cohort runs it in the other order, so you find out whether the idea holds before you spend months on it. AI is the leverage that lets a week cover what usually takes months.
The details
Ten seats
Founding rate $750, standard rate $1,250
$100 deposit holds your seat, fully refundable through September 4th
Balance of $650 due September 11th. After that your seat is transferable but not refundable
Two in person sessions September 15 and 17 at the Swell Incubator in downtown Seattle, one virtual office hours September 16, and a private advisory call the week after

Why I built this
This cohort came out of my own founder journey.
In June I hosted A Night of Agency, an evening where women could test new ideas, build something tangible, and lower the stakes on bringing something to market. In that room I shared how AI paired with my go-to-market skills gave me leverage on my own path.
Now I am extending that evening into a full cohort, built on 15+ years of go-to-market experience, to help women founders use those fundamentals with AI to de-risk the idea and move faster.
What the women who were there said
"This was really helpful and I am walking away with an action plan."
"A mix of camaraderie and networking with actual roll up your sleeves, get it done work."
Everyone who filled out the feedback survey rated the night 5 out of 5.
What AI leverage looked like for me
I have saved roughly $34,000 with these tools and spent about $100 a month. With a Claude subscription and a few free tools I was able to:
Build a product proof of concept and a clickable demo for real feedback and testing
Design and field market research in days instead of months
Develop and launch two websites
Sharpen my own positioning from a vague description into a specific offer I could sell
Components of this would have taken months and real money. I got roughly six months of go-to-market work done in a week.
How the week runs
Before the first session
A short intake on your idea, your market, and where you are stuck. I read every one, so I arrive knowing your business
Set up Claude and build your GTM co-builder from step by step instructions with screenshots, plus optional office hours the week before if you get stuck
Session 1, clarity and positioning
Tuesday September 15, 5:00 to 7:30pm, in person
Narrow your customer until it feels uncomfortably specific
Name the job she is hiring you to do, and how she solves for it today
Map your competitive landscape
Write your positioning in one line and pressure test it with your co-builder. I tell you where it is generic, unearned, or underselling what you actually do
Leave with a positioning statement you can use.
Office hours
Wednesday September 16, virtual, two groups of five, about an hour each
Bring what got harder after you slept on it
Live feedback from me and the room
Leave with sharper work and momentum going into session 2.
Session 2, offer, price and test design
Thursday September 17, 5:00 to 7:30pm, in person
Define what you are selling, the scope and the outcome
Pick your pricing methodology and anchor the number to the value
Design your validation test, one hypothesis and the smallest thing that would give you signal
I pressure test your price and your test design before you spend a dollar
Leave with a defined, priced offer and a validation test ready to run.
Private advisory call
45 minutes, the following week to help you keep momentum
Leave with a clear next move and accountability.
What's required
A paid Claude subscription, about $20 a month
Your laptop
Your product or service idea you are ready to work on
