For our inaugural read, we are diving into:

The Bias Advantage. How Unconventional Leaders Gain Power in an AI-Driven World by tech executive and board director Liat Ben-Zur.

Al is not just changing the work; it is exposing the hidden rules of power, judgment, and visibility. And the leaders who have had to navigate bias, ambiguity, and systems not built for them may be the ones best prepared to see what others miss and lead what comes next.

How book club works:

We are reading the book over four weeks. Starting Wednesday, August 19th, join us every Wednesday at 2:00 PM PT at The SWELL for a casual, drop-in discussion on what you’ve read and learned so far. Make sure to sign up in Luma for each Wednesday that you can make it.

We’ll break down the chapters, share our own experiences, and talk about how we can practically apply these tools to our careers, startups, and leadership styles.
