From Innovation to Venture: LMU Startup Readiness Sprint.

Are you a scientist, researcher, or advanced student considering applying to our next incubation cohort this autumn? Join our intensive one-day Pre-Incubation Sprint and find out whether your idea is startup-ready. You will work hands-on on key startup topics such as user needs, problem-solution fit, market potential, business models, and pitching. Together with experienced Incubation coaches, venture consultants, and peers from different disciplines, you will turn early-stage ideas into structured venture concepts. In addition, one of our advanced Incubator alumni teams will share insights into their own founder journey and lessons learned from building a startup. The day will conclude with a final team pitch session. The two strongest teams will receive a wildcard invitation to join the LMU Innovation Incubator starting in October.

All faculties and disciplinary backgrounds are welcome. Open to Single Founders!

To apply, ideally, you will… bring your own research-based project, technology, commercialization case, or startup idea apply as a team of at least two people with at least one member with LMU affiliation be a Master’s student, PhD candidate, Postdoc, or Researcher be curious about innovation, entrepreneurship, and real-world impact
